Super Freundlich, man fühlt sich zu Hause und ernstgenommen. Meine Hündin hatte eine Zahn OP und ich durfte bei ihr sein bis sie schlief und auch wieder bevor sie aufwachte. Das hat ihr sehr geholfen. Heute war die Nacgkontrolle drann und meine Hündin kam freudig und entspannt mit rein was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Danke für diese tolle Arbeit🥰

Top-Tierärztin❤️ Frau Dr.A.Gane ist ausgesprochen professionell, freundlich und reagiert unglaublich schnell. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Tierärzten, bei denen es an Professionalität mangelte, hat sie Fortuna (Französische Bulldogge) sofort geholfen. Wir sind so froh das die Operation super verlief, wie auch die Nachsorge und die tolle liebevolle Betreuung des ganzen Team’s. Fortuna geht mit grosser Freude in die Praxis🥰 was für mich auch ein grosses Zeichen ist, das sie sich einfach rundum wohl fühlt bei den lieben Herzens-Menschen. Wir sind sehr dankbar und kann sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen🫶🏼

We were looking for a veterinary practice that also offered an emergency number outside of office hours. We were lucky to come across DeinVet! We got through on the phone without a long wait at 11 p.m. on our first call. Ms. Anne Gane then explained what to do next over the phone—in the end, we decided to go to the practice after all. We were warmly welcomed, and our cat was thoroughly examined right away. She also gave us detailed explanations throughout the visit. We have definitely found a wonderful veterinary practice where both our cat and we feel comfortable. Thank you very much again!

I’d like to express my gratitude to the clinic and especially to Dr. Anne Gane. We reached out for the first time on Sunday – our call was truly a cry for help, as our friends‘ little dog urgently needed assistance. Even though we had never been clients of the clinic before, Dr.Anne Gane responded immediately, showing not only a high level of professionalism but also genuine empathy, human warmth, and support that were truly invaluable in that moment. Dr.Anne Gane stayed in touch with us throughout the entire day – before the appointment, after it, and of course during the consultation itself, where she acted quickly, confidently, and very competently. Thanks to her attention and prompt decisions, our little dog received the necessary care and her condition was stabilized. She is now undergoing treatment at the clinic, and we sincerely hope that she will soon be able to enjoy her life again.
